The Chigwell Brook Park site is currently land being used for arable
purposes that sits off Hainault Road.

It was purchased by London-based Freetown Homes in 1996 and is currently
being considered as a site for a select, high quality mixed use housing development.

Due to its size and location there are considerable development opportunities available for the site and many benefits it could bring to the area. As a result, Freetown Homes is committed to keeping the local community informed and involved at each step of the development process.

By adopting an open consultation approach it is hoped that the end result will be achieved through an inclusive process that will help to meet the village and surrounding area’s growing housing and amenities needs.

Freetown Homes intends to consult as wide a base as possible including local residents, Parish, Ward and County Councillors, local businesses, shops as well as community groups.
